How long do I have to wait for my new games?
When released we try to get your game into your hands (or at least on your doorstep) within 2 working days if you live in the UK, 1 working day if you ordered next day delivery.
This will differ worldwide.
If you’d like to return your order because you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake, you have 14 days from the time it arrives to request a returns form by contacting us.
You’ll then have another 14 days to return your unopened game for a refund. You will need to cover the return postage, and we can’t issue a refund for any non recorded returns that go missing! Please keep hold of your tracking information/proof of purchase in case you need to get in touch with us.
