Thank you for shopping with Zilly Games. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, deliver, and handle orders.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, new launches, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

UK: 2–5 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International orders may incur: customs fees, import taxes, duties, handling charges.

These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these fees.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Pre-Orders & Crowdfunding Orders

If your order includes pre-order or Kickstarter/Gamefound items:

1. Your items will ship once stock is available.

2. Estimated shipping windows will be clearly displayed on the product page.

3. Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order) may ship together unless otherwise specified.

 

Failed Deliveries / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed parcel:

1. We can reship it once you provide a correct address.

2. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or severely delayed, contact us at hello@zilly.co

We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that carriers typically require a waiting period before a package is officially declared lost.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can make changes only before the order has been dispatched.
